• Chicken Noodle Soup: This is an excellent source to help make being sick a lot easier. Lipton’s and Campbelle’s chicken noodle soup are the two best sources of soup for helping with the stomach virus. If you’re not a fan of chicken noodle soup, any soup is worth trying, but make sure it’s low acidic since it can make you want to vomit.
• Warm wet towels or Heated blanket – Keeping the body warm is extremely important especially if you’re going through body chills.
• Rest – You can never have enough rest when fighting stomach flu symptoms.
